Hey guys,

I recently purchased a new phone. the sony ericsson w950i. However, it is an export set and hence does not come with warranty.

The problem im facing is this.

When i type messages using keypad prediction imput method, Lets say i press the numbers 2 - 2 - 7.

the word cat shows up, with several other words such as cap, bar, bap..etc.

and after this i press the # key to select the word and type a space at the same time.

HOWever, the space does not show. and when i proceed to type the next word. lets say 3 - 6 - 6 - 3. for food. because i want to type cat food.

when i proceed to type the next word, the food ends up conjoined with the word cat, as if i didnt press the # key for space.

the weird thing is, when i press # for space, the character count does increase by 1 but the space does not show up. this is really frustrating as i have to manually select every word with my thumb on the touchscreen before pressing space.

Does anyone out there face this problem or anything similar? Please enlighten me guys. Thank you so much.
