Hi all, I'm new here as I just took delivery of a new w300i phone. It's already broken. Anybody have any ideas? It seemed to be ok when I got up this morning. By the time I got to work it had shut itself off. When I hit the power switch, the screen goes white and it starts to vibrate. That's where it stops. The screen stays white and it just keeps vibrating. To shut it off, I have to take the battery out. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark | ||||||
