Has anyone had a problem like this, on my daughters phone, she has a W580i if she goes throughout the day without turning her phone on and off it will go to voicemail after 2 or 3 rings, and it will not show that there was a missed call, but after i turn it on and off it is fine

Any input would be helpful. Thx

That sounds a little odd... The phone has no reason to be doing that... It might be worth having it checked out by your local Operators store - they have complete control over the phone's voicemail function, so hopefully, sorting this issue out won't be too much of a fuss. If however they decide to become unreasonable and don't offer some form of solution to the problem (be it a replacement, a re-flash) etc, you could always attempt to re-flash the firmware yourself if you know how and that may sort the problem. I'm not sure on that though.

Call up the place where you got the phone from or the customer service, I'm sure they'll be able to help you out with this issue.
