The phone's are not directly compatible, but you will be able to use the 3.5 adaptor that comes with headphones (I'm not sure what headphones you get with it, but if it dosn't come with the adaptored ones, you can always buy one dirt cheap). You then simply seperate the headphones from the adaptor, and plug the tape adaptor port into it instead.

As for the review side of things, the phone has been quoted to have a problem with cracking keys - and commonly at that! Whether this has been rectified as of now, I do not know, but you may want to bear this in mind when purchasing the phone. In short, if you're a heavy texter or dialer, this phone is a no no for you. Well there's not really any offical information out there to prove it works, but the headphone adaptor will accept a signal from anything that has a 3.5 input, and since the tape adaptor uses a 3.5 jack to ensure its compatibility with most MP3 players and Ipods, I'm highly confident it'll work. There is just one problem I'd worry about in your case though; which is ensuring you have some place in your car to cradle the phone - after all, you don't want your phone dangling for its life from the tape player do you?
