Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences.....


Me and a couple of other Moderators have decided to create this thread to allow the discussion of customer service between forum users. The sole aim of the thread will be to help portray the quality of customer service our members have experienced and in turn, to give newcomers to the Sony Ericsson brand a rough idea of the customer service they can expect to recieve.

Just a few things to bear in mind before posting:
  • This thread is limited to the discussion of Sony Ericsson customer service only. Threads for the customer service of other brands may or may not be created in their appropriate forum at the allocated Moderator's discretion in the near future. Any posts made reffering to other brand's customer service, or any posts that dismiss the forum's posting policy will be deleted and may lead to the poster being given an infraction, depending on the impact of the infringement.
  • I ask that any opinion or advice you wish to contribute does not condone the intent of aggrovating other forum users - please remember that all sorts of nationalities and age groups read these boards, so please keep the content clean, friendly and to the point (I mean after all, not everyone here would like to read half a page of ranting ). Please also bear in mind that any posts that you read are entirely the opinions of someone else. You are not forced to believe what has been posted, but if something has been said that you do not agree with personally, don't take it to heart. Remember, that this is just one persons opinion. This post will be updated if anything unwanted is submitted here that has been left out above.
  • Try to keep the points you make clear and concise. The idea is that we gather a list of brief opinions, so that visitors to this thread can gain a fair and clear overview of the Customer Service as opposed to reading half the page only to find a list of people's posts flaming Sony Ericsson for not ironing their underwear!
  • A poll has been attached to enable an immediate overview of the topic. If you feel your opinion will only reach two or three words on paper, then please use only the poll to submit your opinion. This is in order to keep the thread clear of trash posting, and posts which provide very little insight into an opinion. I would also ask that everyone who posts an opinion in text also submits the opinion on the poll as well, to ensure an acurate reading of opinions.
  • If anyone has any personal suggestions or general questions to the thread, PM me or another Mod and we will get back to you when we can. If you are uncertain about a post that you want to make, again, don't be afraid to ask - we don't bite! I must stress that posts regarding questions or suggestions must not be posted in the thread itself. This thread is for the pure discussion of Sony Ericsson Customer Services only. This thread is moderated by myself and the other Sony Ericsson Mods, so if you choose to ignore this rule, then rest assured, your post will not stick around for long - and if ignored numerous times, neither will you.
So with all that out of the way, get posting!
