i got a new k810i phone, was working perfectly, until today where i cannot hear ne calls, but the caller can hear me. the ear speaker does not work, volume is on full and i cant hear a thing. i turn the speaker on and i can hear everything. ne guess to wut might be wrong? thanks.

Try taking it to a repair shop, I think its probaby your speakers busted.

Or if the person you're talking to Might've muted their phone?
