W580i screen goes WACKO!

So I dropped my w580i in a bucket of water, woops.

I dried it out, but now...

1) When I plug in the phone for charging it will charge, but it's like, it never stops charging! After its charged for a good while, I get the "STOP CHARGING!!" message. And even after I unplug the phone, it will still get that message.
Also, I have to turn off the phone, plug it in and then turn it back on for my phone to recognize the charger.

2) My screen goes crazy. Just, crazy. At the smallest touch it will turn black... negative... image flips upside down..... just crazy. Half the time I can't use my phone cuz the screen goes demonic and screws up.

A little help? I'm prolly just going to buy a new phone.
