When I Try to access my camera it tells me that there is another application running, Please close app and restart camera. But I Can't find any apps running even after powering off and back on, I even removed the battery and still the same. Anyone have any Idea how to fix it other than throw it against a wall lol?

Even I'm facing the same prolem for a couple of months.
I found that its the problem due to the cable with connected the motherboard to the camera.

Let me know if anybody knows about the avaliablity of the cable.

Did you see if you had any applications running in the first place?

I would suggest that all of you try a firmware update / re-applying your phone's current firmware. This should iron out any bugs if the problem is software related. If like raamas suggested, it is a problem with a connection in the phone, then a call to Sony Ericsson should sort this out. Bear in mind this will mean sending your phone in for repair and the warranty will probably be required.
