This phone is a P.O.S I had a w300i and it was garbage too the 300i had to be taken in to be fixed cause it bricked and when they couldn't fix it I got the 350 in it's place and the stupid plastic piece on the front broke off.... DON'T BUT SONY ERICSSON but hey thats just my bad luck you might have better
