Can you be more specific then "it doesn't work" please?
What does the screen on the? phone say when you plug in the USB Cable? What about the PC Suite? What does it say?

my phone connect with only memory storage also on the sonyericsson site on the w395 portale it has not pc suite they say that for this phone there is not pc suite.
