Sony Ericsson mp3 ringtones
Nevermind. Had to dig info on Fido (Rogers) to learn that they've locked the use of .mp3 as ringtones so they could force people to buy ringtones from them. They made pressure on Sony-Ericsson to remove DRM Packager which was an utility to bypass the said lock. But the internet has been very good with me and I got my hands on the utility.

You can DIY free MP3 ringtone out of whatever music or video files as long as you got a DRM Media Converter

TOTALLY free and safe. You just upload any file to their site and they send you the ringtone straight inside a text message to your phone.
