I have w760a and am trying to get the videos I took on my phone onto my computer. I am using Media Go. Although the videos are in a format that Media Go is supposed to recognize (mp4) it is not recognizing them. The same thing happened when I tried to use regular old RealPlayer to pull them, the same thing happened. Any advise?

No. They are videos on my phone. When I hook up my phone to my computer through the Media Go Program (or any other program for that matter) it recognizes that there are some video files on my phone but says that they are unreadable so it won't transfer them onto the computer. As far as I have read Media Go should recognize the format that they are in (mp4) but it is not. The videos are fine if I try to play them on the phone itself but I want them off of my phone and on to my computer.

Yes. The problem is not the phone. I can get pictures or music transferred to and from the computer and phone without a problem and the videos are fine on the phone. When I go to the sony programs on the computer to transfer the videos it recognizes that there are videos on the phone but won't download or play them. The format is supposed to be recognized by the Sony media programs but it is not.
