Sony Ericsson W580i

I have an icon in the upper left hand corner of my display and can not find it listed in the manual.
It looks like two men facing each other.
What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I have never found an icon like that in most of sony ericsson mobile phones. try to ask the vendor sony ericsson.
