W705 sound problem

Hello,my girlfriend is an owner of the sony ericsson w705 and suddenly,when she tries to play music,it sounds like it's fast fowarded. This happens by both ways of playing music,walkman + opening the file. Also happens with headphones so it's not the speaker. When the phone rings from a call it happens as well. When she calls me and puts it on loudspeaker she can hear me fine,also when playing radio on the loudspeaker. So, any ideas? I really need some help please. We also did an update but nothing happened. Urgent.

If running the update didn't help, then you could try a master reset, or if this music is on the memory card only, try formatting the card, after backing it up on the PC first.

Just do a mater reset...still no changes?? Just update your firmware
