Clearing App Cache and Data:

Clearing the app cache and data can help you fix certain software-related problems without uninstalling applications. Keep in mind that by clearing data, all the data stored in one given app is going to be lost, including saved games, settings profiles, login information etc. If you don't wish to lose this data, try clearing cache first. If the problem persists, then clear the app's data.

  1. While on the home screen, tap the "Applications" icon
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Scroll to "Device" and press "Apps"
  4. If necessary, swipe your screen left or right to access the "Downloaded", "Running" and "All" screens
  5. Select the desired application
  6. Tap "Clear data" and then press "OK" to confirm, or tap "Clear cache"

Uninstalling an Application:

  1. Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
  2. Access "Settings"
  3. Scroll to "Device" and then touch "Apps"
  4. Slide left or right on the screen to switch between the "Downloaded", "Running" and "All" screens
  5. Select the desired app
  6. Tap "Disable"
  7. Press "OK" to confirm your action

Showing Apps:

In order to show or enable preloaded applications that have been hidden or disabled previously, follow the steps below:
