sony xperia play wont turn on

hello all

i was wondering if anyone has had an issue or knows the problem when a sony xperia play wont power on and when you plug the charger in it starts to go hot underneath the battery

It sounds like something physically isn't working as it should. Have you tried a different battery and/or charger?
