Call Blocking

Blocking Calls from a Number:

  1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
  2. Launch "Contacts"
  3. Tap the name of a contact you wish to block
  4. Tap the "Edit" icon and press "Menu"
  5. Mark the "All calls to voicemail" check box

Unblocking a Number:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" application
  2. Tap the name of a blocked contact
  3. Press the "Edit" icon and tap "Menu"
  4. Clear the check box next to "All calls to voicemail"

Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
  2. Swipe to and tap "Settings"
  3. Under "Device", tap "Call settings"
  4. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
  6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap "Applications" while on the home screen and go to "Settings"
  2. Scroll to "Device" and tap "Call settings"
  3. Swipe to and tap "Call forwarding"
  4. Select "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  5. If necessary, enter the phone number to forward the calls to. Alternatively, tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
  6. Tap "Enable"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Tap "Settings" and scroll to "Device"
  3. Tap "Call Settings"
  4. Swipe down and tap "Call forwarding"
  5. Tap "Always forward" and touch "Disable"

Call Log Management

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. Tap "Phone" while viewing a home screen
  2. To view additional details on a call log entry, tap the "Arrow" icon associated with it
  3. View the additional call details under "Duration"

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Tap "Phone" from the home screen
  2. Tap the "Menu" icon located in the lower-right corner
  3. Touch "Clear call log"
