Hi,

I still have in use a C902 Cyber-shot, which has run with no problem since 2009, and remains in daily use. Yesterday morning it was fine, yet when I picked it up to use yesterday afternoon, not only had all sms messages been wiped from inbox, sent messages, outbox, and drafts, but the camera function cannot be accessed. Texts which I had in 'saved messages' had the new 'received' time and date of 12.11 yesterday. The sms were saved to the internal phone memory. What on earth happened? There had been no indication given of any problem, or any difficulty receiving or storing SMS? Any ideas welcome!
