Enable Call Barring (block incoming & outgoing calls):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Settings
  3. Tap “Call
  4. Tap “Call barring” and select an option
  5. If this is the first time using the feature, set a password. Otherwise enter the existing password and tap “Enable

Block / Unblock Certain Contacts:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap the “Edit” icon shaped like a pencil
  5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail

NOTE: To unblock a contact, follow the exact steps above and then disable / uncheck the “All calls to voicemail” option.

Enable / Disable Fixed Dialing:

  1. Tap “Apps” and go to “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers
  3. Tap “Activate fixed dialing” or “Deactivate fixed dialing
  4. Enter your PIN2 and press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: To view the list of accepted call recipients, go to “Settings” and tap “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers”.

Forward Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” under “Device
  4. Swipe to and tap “Call forwarding
  5. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” under “Device
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
  4. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, if necessary. Alternatively you can tap “Contacts” and select a contact to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Select the desired option
  4. Tap “Disable

Opening and Clearing the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap the “Arrow” icon associated with the call log entry you want to view. You’ll find additional call details under “Duration
  3. To reset the call log, tap “menu” and select “Clear call log
