Block Incoming & Outgoing Calls (Call Barring):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call barring” and select a barring option
  4. In case this is the first time using Call Barring, you will be required to set a password. Otherwise enter the password to “Enable” the feature

Block / Unblock Contacts:

  1. Open the “Contacts” app
  2. Select the contact you wish to block
  3. Tap the “Edit” icon shaped like a pencil
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn on “All calls to voicemail

NOTE: To unblock a contact, follow all the steps above, and at the last step, disable “All calls to voicemail”

Enable / Disable Fixed Dialing:

  1. Go to “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers
  3. Tap “Activate fixed dialing” or “Deactivate fixed dialing
  4. When prompted, enter PIN 2 and tap “OK

NOTE: To access the list of accepted callers, go to “Settings” and tap “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” under “Device
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and enable “Always forward
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Settings” and scroll to “Device
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and choose a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” under “Device
  3. Tap “Call forwarding
  4. Select the option you want to turn off and tap “Disable

View and Clear the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it and look under “Duration
  3. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log
