Send files from T610 to computer via Bluetooth

Hi Does anybody know how to download pictures taken on T610 onto your computer??? I am a complete novice to it.

Yeah, after you buy the bluetooth dongle and setup the software that comes with it what you do is you pair the computer and the phone.

After that you go to the picture in your phone and click the more button and then select send, after you have done this a new menu will come up and say how? you say send via bluetooth.

After that it will connect to your computer and send the file, the software on the computer will have whats called an inbox or a recieved files folder, you will find the pictures there....

I already tried out what you suggested!!! The problem is when I try to send the picture form the mobile to the computer. I am able to send files from computer to mobile. So I am wondering what could be going wrong???

Are you on Mac or PC?

I'm on Windows XP. First it says searching . Once the device is found the msg I get is Connection failed retry?

conection failed meaning either each device terminate /cancel connection. or maybe the passkey to pair each device is different.

I am confused!!!! If the passkey is different how come files can be sent from pc to mobile???

Thanks I got it !!!! I changed my passkey once again and it worked!!! Maybe it was not accepting the changed passkey hence the problem. Thanks once again

I was following your post and I'm having a slightly different issue. I can send/transfer from computer to phone but when I select the more option to send from phone to computer the Bluetooth device is greyed out. But I can turn right around to send something to the phone from the computer.

I don't know if this will help, but I am on a MAc and the Bluetooth Application will let me browse the files on my phone from my computer. I can then take whatever file I want and save it to me computer.

im pretty sure if u check ebay, they got a datalink cable...

Hahahah....u can juz simply use the file transfer function that comes with your bluetooth dongle.pair em up...then start file transfer......works like ftp!!!easy...
