After 5 years of being a faithful Sprint customer, I wanted to change my plan around and add another line. But i couldn't because for some reason after 5 years, Sprint didn't have my file on record. How is this possible? I've been paying for 5 year.

Any body else have this problem?

5 years is an awful long time, maybe your file was lost because most companies do an upgrade on their computer databse systems, although it is kinda of odd that they accept your payment without saying anything about your file being missing until now.

I think the acct is not in your name. U may be the "authorized user" but not the liable party.
