Hello,
I called retention, and they offered me the $40 dollar plan with 500 anytime minutes, then I pay another $5 for sprint to sprint and another $5 for starting at 7 pm; however, they then give me a 5 percent discount. I currently have the $30, 300 anytime, starting at 8 pm, and I pay another $5 for sprint to sprint. I do need more than 300 anytime minutes. I understand that sprint can't give away the company to keep every customer, so is this the best or should I try to get more? My plan is up soon, and I do have the option to switch to another service, though the plan wouldn't really be any better. thanks.

Getting a better plan (more minutes) Sprint
With regards to the comment made about "ask for the plan with 750 anytime and unlimited n/w starting at 8pm for $40+$5".
Do you know if this still applies?
What number should one be calling to ask for this? Is it the regular person with whom you'd talk, or is there a special number for the "retention" department?
Thanks!

You have to speak with the retention department but all customers do not qualify...your account has to pass certain criteria
