I've used sprint for going on a year and a 1/2 I guess, started as a 2G customer, added Wireless web (had a Samsung SPH-N300) wireless web went crazy (durring the free trial) spent so much time on the phone with sprint trying to get it sorted I managed to talk them into $150 in service credit and they sent me a new SPH-N400 3G vision phone, I'm loving it, I sill have a problem here and there, but I live in the middle of nowhere so all things considered, I can't complain about too much, esp since its pretty easy to talk your way into credits

personally...sprint is cool, i've had it for 2 years, and you can find a decent price on the service...but i'm really diggin' the phones other groups have, and some sprint phones (like the sanyos) you can't find many accessories for.

My thoughts on Sprint:
If you sign up at Radio Shack you have to confirm your contract over the phone. You are not talking to Sprint but instead a 3rd party contractor. If things are not set up right the first time it is a mess to straighten it all out.
Customer service generally has no idea what they are talking about, unless you get a Vision specialist who does know what is going on but generally can't help you.
Other than that their GREAT! :PIf all goes well I'll live another 50 years.
I'll never get done by then!!!

sprint is a very good company if you live in a big city, as everyone else has stated. i am a sprint agent and I just recently activated my sprint demo line. I live in East TN, and Sprint has so far beat out my Nextel and Cingular phones. Pretty awesome in my opinion.

I had Sprint for a year and was never happy with their service...dropped calls...messed up bills...and just general BS from their customer service dept.

I had a print fone 4 3 years, and i hated it! i would prefer a Nokia 3360 or 3390, nokia phones are very well made!

Sprint
I have Sprint and also Nextel... I'd have to say that Sprint for the most part, has excellent reception and the color display is better than that of Nextel. (Nextel is cooler though because you don't have to waste your airtime minutes and just talk to other nextel clients through the two way paging system.)
Sprint is great but they've raised their prices!!! So I figured I'd try something new, like Nextel... everyone else has one, so why not me?!

Ive had Sprint for almost a year now. No problems for me! I love my 3g phone.
But the best part, with unlimited vision, comes unlimited wireless web on my laptop via data cable! w00t!

hmmmmm, depending on your area service varies from mediocre to LAME. there are alot of plans with tons of options.
its not the best provider but its not really expensive.
so i guess you get what you pay for

I'ts great, I turned off roaming to avoid roaming charges. Keep checking time left online so I never go over what I bought. Pretty good deal I think. And clear sound.
