neat site you got going here.
Anyways my phone has died, the charger wire was hanging off my desk and someone stepped on it sending the phone on a kamakazi mission across the room.
I have a sprint family plan, and I'm looking for a small flip screen phone. Service is most important. I don't care to much about a camera, I'm assuming that most all of these are going to be color screens, which is a must have for me.
I only occasionaly play games or text message, I do dl ringtones.
I know I may have eliminated some of the smallest phones with other demands, but with this move to more features I was wondering what the smallest newer phones out there was.
thanks
PH
a camera would be fun so if anyone new the smallest camera phone out there that would be appreciated.

depends
Depends on how much money your willing to spend.
I have a Samsung a680, and it's amazing with the service and the size. It's also got a camcorder and SMS.
If you don't need a camera or external LCD, then go for the VI660, which is very simular to a680, same size, SMS, reception good, except no external screen. But fairly cheap.

I would say the a680 because my mother had the a660...matter of fact 4 of them and she got very bad reception....The a680 for some reason has great reception.
If you want a Great Sprint phone go get yourself a SANYO 5600...The hotness!!!

Since you said service is the most important thing, you probably want to go with the phones that are the best at holding a signal. It's close at times, but I think most would agree that would be Sanyo.
Also, Sanyo phones were rated #1 by JD Power & Assoc for overall Customer Satisfaction in USA for 2004.
Most Sanyos are less than 4" high and less than 2" wide , so probably as compact as you were wanting.
