Did you steal someones cellphone?

I didnt. This person scammed me really bad and I have no way to get a hold of this person and tracking it is the only way.

If you can help, I would really appreciate it

The only thing I can think of is to call tech services and see if they will do a reboot of the phone, heck maybe give you a new #.

No, you don't understand. This fellow scammed me and I have no way to get a hold of him. The only 2 phone numbers that I have, he's not answering. So, I was wondering if there's a way to trace back the numbers and find information about him to get a hold of him.

without a police report you can't do much of anything you can track a cell phone the tech is there but unless you have a really good reason nobodies going to help you, unless, I can't give this info over the internet but if you know somebody in collections there are shady ways to get info from a person bordering on illegal, I used to work for a pretty well known one and one of the tricks was to call the person private and not say anything, you'll be surprised what someone will say in a fit of rage. Depending on how much info you want you could just find out where he's at at that exact moment, and may be enough to lay a beat down on him. You didn't hear that from me. Bug the crap outta someone and evetually they'll get mad enough to want to do you harm, and will lose all common sense and want to met you somewhere or tell you where there at. It does work but thats all I can tell you anymore and you or I could end up in jail.
