QCP's louder please

I have downloaded the quilcom pure voice programs and figured out how to make .qcp files but is there any way to make them louder????? im using http://www.t1mmy.net/visionTool.html to send them to my phone, is there a better way maybe this is why there not loud????

Timmy tool is not affecting the volume...what you need to do is ...before you convert the wav to a qcp file is adjust the volume...I use the sound recoreder in the win xp program

When I send it to my phone it's so loud it's distorted, when i hear it in the inbox its fine, but when i save it, its only about half as loud. Any suggestions?

Turn the volume down on your phone....the ringing volume

turn it down before i save it? I still cant hear it after i save it. Again, it sounds fine when it's in my pic inbox, but when I save it, its only half as loud.
