#1 | | Newbie | I have Sprint to Sprint and am very unhappy. The reception is not good and when I sent them the check, they screwed up, which took a week to get them to admit, then went through hell for them to agree to restore service and not make a fee. And at the end they "forgot" everything we discussed even though they were supposed to have noted the file and I have to start again. It is just crazy.

#3 | | Newbie | No. I pay in person since then and will cancel the day my contract is up and never return to sprint.

#4 | | Member | The reception should be great. If you outside your metro area, set your phone to Automatic roaming in the settings. As far as paying your bill, set up automatic payments online to your checking account or credit card. They will pay you $5 for doing it too.

#7 | | Newbie | Profuse apologies. You were trying to help me and I misunderstood and wound up being rude in return.
Not sure how to check settings. I have Treo 600 on one of the phones. Will check the other phone for phone brand.

I am not sure exactly where it is on the Treo 600, but it's is usually under settings>security.
If you are not getting good reception, try switching it to Automatic. (there are three options: Automatic, Sprint Only, Roaming Only)

#10 | | Cellular Superman | I've carried Sprint for 3 years and found that Sanyo phones have always been reliable with reception. I have had Samsung, Nokia, and LG with Sprint and Sanyo worked the best for me.
