Not sure if this is possible, but I thought I would throw it out there......

I want to have a professional voicemail on my Sanyo (Sprint) cellphone. I have a voice talent ready to go that will email me a wav file. I then plan on mixing in some light background music. My question is though, what is the best way to get it on the cellphone voicemail without losing any (or much) quality? The file will be a wav or mp3 file.
