well the story was a year ago i went out of the states and i decided to put my phone on the vacation plan. i didn't know i had to sign another 2 year contract upon coming back. so my 2 year contract is now a 3 year, and i had problems getting the 150 rebate too (they reset it after i came back)

well my contract ends in august, and i was wondering if i can just put it back on vacation plan til then. and then end the service. i hear the vacation plan is good up to a year, and they can't force me to sign another 2 year contract at the end of august right?

basically i wasn't planning on having the service that long, but did not know about having to resign. i want prepaid now since i don't use nearly as much to justify having a monthly plan. any advice would be appreciated.

If you change your voice plan (like going from what you have now to vacation plan) it will reset you for another 2 years, so your contract will NOT expire in August. Not the option you wanted , I know, sorry.
