    Just wondering. Does sprint use any type if update service? I mean verizon for example has their *228 thing, but does sprint have anything like that?

    If you have a newer phone, you will be able to update your phone from the menu. It is usually under Settings>Security. If you can't find it, drop by a Sprint store to get it done.
