sprint plan

before sprint merged wit nextel they had the $35 for 300 mins right....... now after the merge the new plan is $34.99 for 400 mins, do i gotta call a rep to change my plan and get the extra 100 mins and if so will i have to pay for this?! please help. i might switch to t-mobile soon if they cover my area coz im beginnin to not like sprint

Yea they will switch it for you but they will extend your contract for another year or two. So be careful because if you extend your contract and then want to switch to T-Mobile Sprint will charge you a early termination fee of $150.

do u know if the customer srvc is open 24/7? i wanna call n talk to a rep but its like 9 pm /central time over here
