Just got a free and clear plan from sprint on 12/26. It's going back.
Estimated bill at time of purchase was $113.00.
    Bill now is $145.00
    Have free incoming, free roaming.
No internet transactions, downloads, etc... have been done.
Customer Service can't be contacted by phone. On the internet, can't view my bill, because their service is "temporary" out of service.
Have used the phone for 35 minutes total, and an increase like this for no reason.
    What a joke.

that sounds about right, you know, with taxes and all.

the ESTIMATE when you were signing up didnt include taxes,
you should have estimated $25-$30 on top of the estimate.

on your sprint phone, dial *2 for customer service, or from
a landline 1-800-PINDROP. i've never been on hold longer
than 5 minutes any of the times i have called either way.

please make sure you know what you are talking about
before you post on CPF, everyone is welcome here but
remember this is generally a questions, answers, & advice
site, not a place to rant about taxes on a phone bill.

ps, if your bill is too high you can make changes
to a new contract within 90 days without penalty.

oh haha something else i thought about is that
Vision service is free the first month on a new
account, it shows on the site as a $15 charge
but they actually credit you that amount so...

good luck with that. if sprint doesn't work out
for you, there are lots of prepaid services, but
they get their taxes by charging higher rates.
