Problem with A900 and Content Manager

When I try to access content manager to d/l ringers, I get a message that states "A handler is needed to access this type of content".

Two options are there, 1. Get a Handler or 2. Cancel.

Neither of them does anything. I was on the phone with Sprint tech support with no luck. I've downloaded the latest updates and tried resetting the phone *batt out for 2 minutes.


No luck. Anyone had this issue?

Okay, remove your battery for 30 secs, turn on your phone, go to menu, settings, power vision, update profile, once that completes, update you software ( I believe on you phone it's menu, settings, others, update s/w) if your still having an issue after that,call in and get a ticket put in to the fi agents or go to a sprint store. Hopefully that will be a little more helpful.
