does anyone know of an uploader for movie clips and which format to use avi,mpg etc.. for new mulimedia phones..

You will need to convert your mpg/avi files into 3gp format. Some phones also support the standard mpeg4, but 3gp is definitely going to work for newer Sprint phones. Quicktime Pro has a 3gp converter included, or you can try doing a google search for "3gp converter" and you will get a few results.

On a side note, Quicktime Pro also contains a 3gp converter, but if you do some research on google you might be able to find some freeware to accomplish the same purpose. Just be careful not to download any spyware!

As far as an uploader? I'll have to do some more research. Most people use their transflash to transfer the videos from pc to phone.
