In the past Sprint users were able to purchase a new phone, with a $130-150 rebate, after 18 months of continuous service. Is this still true?

So on to my problem, when the sprint cc rep offered me this option they never told me I would have to agree to a new contract of 1 year but instead just went and extended it without telling me or having me agree to this.
since then I have called sprint to explain my problem and they offer no help and pretty much just say oh well thats how it works.
Josh do you know if thier is anything else that i can do. (i did file a complaint with bbb, but that is still on going)
thx greg

With accounts registered on one name, is it possible to assign a different name to outgoing calls for CallerID purposes?
Considering an a900 for use in the South Texas area.

The answer is yes it is possible but cc does not do it any longer you will have to call and talk to the tech dept. it is possible as well to block caller id and as brad said input wireless caller and pcs caller. however these features are not restricted to areas.

Re: Sprint Cc
You didn't need to go to the BBB.
I am also a Sprint CS rep, and we do this every day. You just have to talk to the right rep/department.
If CS won't do it, ask for retentions, they'll do it.

Re: Sprint Cc
Ok here are a few questions and I am a current customer. I actualy have two plans. one is a 2500 minute plan for a $125 base that includes two phones that I share with my son. The other is similar to the fair and flexable plan.
1. I am debating staying with sprint or go to cingular. Many of my coworkers have cingular so I could call them free so that would save minutes. If I stay with sprint I have been told I am eligable for a 30% discount by one agent and another says 15% on each bill. The one that told me 30$ did not have my second plan up so why the big difference. The store said 23%??? I spend over $250/month so I would think I am a valued customer.
2. Most of the new sprint phones that offer the power vision do not have analog capabilities and I do travel in rural areas sometimes. Cingular does not even offer analog and I hate to miss calls. I am interested in the Blade phone or a PDA phone so I can check my e-mail and I want bluetooth. It looks like I have to choose between bluetooth/powervision and analog capabilities. I also want a Sanyo phone as my 8100 has been a good phone with good signal strength.
3. When will Sanyo have a bluetooth phone?

Re: Sprint Cc
1) It's probably 15% per line, and the rep most likely did have your plan up.
2) Don't confuse the issue. If you have a Sprint PV phone, it will be dualmode, and allow for digital and analog roaming. You will only get 1x speed (while roaming on digital), and no PV analog roaming. Who said that PV phones cannot do analog roaming?
3) Ask Sanyo.
You say you want the Blade or a PDA...which is it? They are radically different devices. The Blade is just a thin phone, with limited abilities. A PDA will do far more.
