I've had 3 new Samsung A660 phones from Sprint since the end of Nov. - the 3rd, I've had approx 1 wk.
All problems from day 1 and sprint refuses 
to give me any other phone. I want to use this
Sanyo 8100 and but I
need help with codes and programming.
I've had
TERRIBLE experience with phones and service, among other problems, along with things not getting resolved only growing & compounding as time goes by,

esp. since May and only increasing since. 2 hrs on phone with them last night

and still have to go into store again. Spend more time dealing with them than use phone.
I'M AT MY WITS END & FRUSTRATED

BEYOND WORDS
(even a few choice ones, I might add), especially since I've had their service for almost a year and a half now. Problem, I'm stuck with them for more than 6 more months.
I SURE COULD USE SOME HELP!
I'm not getting it from them!
Any help would be greatly appeciated!!!
