I'm sorry I let this thread run unanswered so long, everyone! The op, SPRINTCC, has apparently left the building.

However, you can call the toll-free number for business support and they'll be glad to help. There's usually no waiting time at all and the reps with Business Care are always really cool.

I fall under the Microsoft discount and it does not effect the bill by that much since it is only off the base plan and not all of the taxes and hidden fee's that really bulk up the cost. Sprint is very devious in its billing.
