Is this possible? (need a reply asap)

Tomorrow Im planning to purchase the Samsung a900. My wife recently lost her phone and she hates the one she has now. Shes not qualified for a 150.00 rebate untill May of next year. So I was wondering, If I bought the phone under my number (I am qualified for a rebate) could I just transfer the phone number to hers? If anyone can help, please reply, Thanks.

Call sprint and ask. At the least I would think you could get a new phone for yourself. Then have sprint do an ESN swap of your old phone to her phone number. Or buy a cheap replacement on ebay and use that.

You can swap after 30 days. If you do it sooner, you'll be billed full price for the phone.
