Sprint Buy Back

Ok at risk of this being answered somewhere that I haven't found, I apologise.
My question is:

Does anyone have the contact information for the Sprint buy back? I sent my phone back after cancelling my acct ( cos they suck ) then I got an envelope saying "we'll buy your phone back". Ah well, I sent it back, tossed out the contact information, and I'm still waiting for my money some 3+ months further down the road. Called sprint and apparently it's not sprint themselves that buy's it back. I suspect that I will have ended up essentially flushing my phone/money down the bog, but would like to make an effort at getting my money.

Could Sprint give you any information about the company? Do you know the name or anything, then I might be able to find something out. I would have thought Sprint could give you the information to contact the people, if they're affiliated, that is...

they were entirely helpful. Kind of. Sort of. Maybe. They took quite a bit of time trying to find out about it, but all they said in the end was, "it's not us, it's another company". I assume they're affiliated somehow, otherwise the sender wouldn't know I no longer had my sprint acct, right? I guess it's see ya to my $50. Ya live and learn.
