I have 4 phones on a shared plan..2 are with my sons at college. One of my sons is abusing the shared minutes we have and I want to temporarily suspend his account...or somehow suspend his ability to dial out. Anyone know what my options are? Hate to cancel his account but need to control his total minutes....
    Any advice?

set up limits on each phone, not to be exceeded.
make sure other users dont know the master account holders password.

I used to work at a Sprint call center and you can call and suspend it. I am not aware of any limits you can place on the account as far as minutes go though.
