Dual mode Phones ?

Dont get my wrong i love nextel/sprint but nextel has been getting bad latley for no reason. I talked to sprint and they dont seem to have any information on these dual mode phones which is the only thing keeping me going with sprint nextel does anyone have any information on this Info/Dates/Overall its going to do. anything would help me out now i see that sprint/nextel has a new "hybrid Coverage map" but that doesnt really help me out.

No official word on when it'll be released, but the FCC approved the IC502 around the beginning of July and I would expect Sprint to start rolling them out in time for the holidays. So, I can't say for sure, but I hope to see some new Sprint phones come out next month, and maybe the IC502 will be one of them... unfortunately your guess is as good as mine and we'll have to wait and see.

My friend works for nextel and says that they are going to be released mid october/ november. They should be sweet for businesses who need direct connect cause of the better service.
