Just curious, if you are out of contract (My initial 2yr. contract has been up for about two or so years now and I'm wanting to get a new phone so I'm going to sign a new one). My question is, when I go in to get the phone and re-sign a new contract, will they just have me sign it and use the existing info from my account, or am I going to have to go through all of the steps again, including the credit check, etc??

Re: Re-Signing Contract?
Umm I don't think so.... my only question is how can you have had the Fusic phone for 4 years? At least that's what I've concluded looking at your profile and post?
Wait, so has your 2 year contract just ended or did it end two years ago???
But I don't believe you need another credit check. After all, they've been getting your business for the least _____ years. And yes, you can keep your number, too. Sprint will also give you a chance to sell your phone back to them. They probably will only give you $5-$35, but it's something, I guess. What's my girlfriend doing in your five?

Oh, so I was a little late replying? That makes sense. I hope the fusic is better than the 1000. I hated the VGA1000!

Re: Re-Signing Contract?
I'm sure you've already re-signed N such, but for future people:
You go in, you can get pretty much any phone they have on display for the price advertised (as long as your 2 year is up).
Keep in mind though, if you get a "pda" type phone and didn't have one before, then you might have to get a different contract.
They don't re-run credit unless you are adding new lines.
Hope this helps!

Re: Re-Signing Contract?
If you follow all of Sprints gimmicks, eventually you wind up with another 2 year contract.
Sprint: Hey, why don't you switch to our network? We're just like them...
Guy: Ummm, are you reliable?
Sprint: Excellent question!
Guy: How about for emails or downloading music?
Sprint: Why Not!?

Re: Re-Signing Contract?
If you go through their upgrade program, you will end up with a new contract as the post prior to mine stated, but you will not have to go through all the other stuff.
