First you should try updating your phone's software from the Settings menu. Then, go to the PCS Vision menu (also in Settings) and Update Vision Profile. If none of that works or if either of those steps fails, turn off the phone and take out the battery for at least one minute and put it back in, try again. If you still have no luck, call Sprint and when you get tech support on the phone, make sure you tell them what you already did because this is usually the first troubleshooting step they make you do no matter what the problem is.
