DOES ANYONE HAVE TROUBLE WITH THERE BILLING like sprint saying there not geting your payment? i pay direct thru my bank and my payments clear but they say that im not paying my bill.

Customer Service?

Is it customer service when you call 5 different times to resolve an issue and get 5 different versions. The funny thing is some versions are the complete opposite of the others.

I'm getting ready to make the switch after 9 years with Sprint. I'll be lurking the boards here for plans, pricing, quality of service, customer service, and just plan personal experience with t-mobile, verizon or at&t (cingular).
