Sprint Ready Link

Hi,
I might be a little late in the ready link tech. but I just recently learned how to use it but what I want to know is who can I talk to with this feature? I have only talked with my sister but she also has Sprint. Is it possible that I can talk with different cellphone services like nextel or verizon? If so how? Please let me know I am trying to keep up with these cellphone things. Thank you!

You can only talk to another Sprint user, no one else, not even Nextel. Maybe in the future, but definitely not right now.
