Wirting your own plans?

So I was looking to cancel my contract because I'm tired of Sprint's customer service and they suggested writing my own contract up-

The issue was that there were no plans inbetween 700 and 1400 minutes.
I was looking to spend less money and decrease minutes slightly from 1400 down but not all the way to 700.

I ended up talking to 7 different reps-
2 supervisors

at least 3 of the reps were in other countries
1 was so new I realized too quickly asking her detailed questions about contracts and procedures. She started crying...

All in all I spent over 5 hrs on the phone being dropped and disconnected
Worst frustration I've ever felt-

has anyone done something like this and actually had them accept it?

Thanks in advance-

That won't work if you want to drop sprint all together.

For me only half the time those people at the Sprint store are helpful.
