but i am desperate. i have an LG fusic and i really HATE how it works compared to sanyo. i've always used sanyo phones but when i saw the fusic i really wanted it, but the service is not as good as a sanyo. my first fusic acted funny and sure enough tested faulty at the sprint store so they gave me a new one and told me if it happens again i can get a different model phone.

does anyone know of a way i can intentionally harm my phone so i recieve a new one? i dont know if im going to get banned from this website for asking )

dont know of any ways to get out of it & i'm sorry to hear that you hate the fusic....I LOVE MINES THOUGH!!!!

does the contract or w/e say that it has to be faulty with the phone, and not a problem created by the owner i.e. dropping it in a toliet? I would just suggest that u plug that sucker in and let it charge for a week :-) just read ur contract first and be carful, watch the phone constantly. if you leave it in long enough the charge will go.
