I am new here but I am in need of advice. I currently have a Samsung A640 and hate it. Prior to it I had a Sanyo PM8200 and loved that phone. I need to replace my phone and I would like to be able to use my new phone as a modem.
I really need a phone that doesn't freeze. I don't really need a phone that plays Mp3s but if i had a phone that did that I would probly utilize that feature.
I don't want to renew my contract and don't mind a used phone.
I have been looking at the following
A900
A920
A940
Thanks for your help in advance

eBay, my boy.
Do be careful, though. If a seller has a lot of positive feedback and sells a lot of phones, you can probably safely buy a phone from them. Make sure to ask if the ESN is clear. Use PayPal if you can, it adds a little security to the transaction. When you get a used phone, and you call customer service to activate it, make sure they know it's used, but don't mention eBay (just to be on the safe side, some or the reps seem to think if it came from eBay, it must be stolen.
Good luck.Would you like some cheese with that whine?

try your local craigslist.org - I've had great experience. Word of advice, before meeting up, acquire the ESN #, call sprint, and find out if it is clear - other than that, meet up & ACTIVATE on spot before paying....
