Contact Customer Service Without Waiting!


As all of your Sprint customers know by now when you call *2 it is likly your battery will go dead before you get to talk to a human in customer service. When you go in to a Sprint store they will claim they contact Customer Service though the same channel as you and have no direct line, this is a lie to make it difficult for customers to reach customer support. The workaround for this issue is to speak with the store manager, tell them you want them to call activitation (this is a direct line) and then ask the person in activation to transfer you to customer service, this will put you ahead of the queue and you will get to speak to customer service immediatly. I had to find this trick out by waiting for 2 hours in the Sprint store a week ago, I go so mad the store manager let this secret slide to quiet me down.

Do us all a favor and switch providers, then go complain about them. Some people can never be satisfied.

Holy cow, are you kidding me. This is the 3rd thread I heave read today that was updated by you stating the same exact thing? Why do you go to every one of my threads and simply paste the same response that has nothing to do with the initial thread? Also I would not be doing you all a favor, you speak for only yourself and a small group of moderators. A lot of people do not agree with your point of view and find you annoying And for the 3rd time today "I can be satisfied, Sprint has never tried!"

But if your not satisfied just quit. I say if your not happy then go somewhere you are happy. Everyones cs sucks, and they all work on solutions, but it will never be where you think it should be at.

Wrong AT&T has been great. Customer Service is always just a 5 minute call away MAX and when I go to the store and ask them to call customer service for me they are always happy to help. I even get to roam around the store while they settle my problem on the phone. It is very nice, you keep on being a Sprint fanboy Master Dealer
